We had our Social Worker come for a home visit this morning to update our homestudy for the 3rd time.

We went to our MP's office, Mark Strahl, to ask them to intervene on our behalf with Ottawa and/or Nairobi. (The blessed privilege of being a Canadian Citizen).
Our plea was well received and they told us they would email Nairobi on our behalf to see what the holdup us. Foreign Canadian Immigration offices must respond to any MP's request within 48 hours. Trying from all angles. There are about at least a dozen other Canadians in the same position as us right now.

Oh, what a battle must be happening in the spiritual realm!
