"The List" referrs to the names of families that the DGM will issue exit letters to - those families with Bordeaux Letters. Unfortunately, not all families made this list. But we found out today that Ottawa CIC has this list. Praying that Ottawa CIC is in contact with the Nairobi CHC to provide proof that we are eligible for them to issue our girls' visas. Our BC agency is also going to contact the Ministry's inter-country worker to contact CIC on our behalf. Apparently our local agency has to use this middle-person, but they cannot be contacted today.
BUT, we know that our names are on that list. Praise God! This is no small miracle. One baby step at a time. Pray for Nairobi CIC to issue our girls' visas/citizenship and then we can be on our way!
