Our files were dropped off successfully today at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. Our Canadian Embassy in Kinshasa dropped them off personally.  This may not be a new rabbit trail, just another hoop to jump through.  One will never know. Please continue to pray for quick resolution. It may be first come, first serve in whose files are approved. We have no way of knowing which other countries have already submitted files as well.  Apparently there are 1200 outstanding adoption files they want completed by end of July. We are thinking we're close to the beginning.  Please pray that we are!!!
