Pascal & Therese Kulungu who run the home. They and their children have been educated in the U.S. After the adopted children leave, they plan to take in more orphans and run adoptions through the government.  They are a very solid Christian family and have six children. Pascal's mother lives with them and also works with the children - they know her as Grandma.
