Another week's delay.  Mr. B.  needs to sign off on the files that have been approved by the Commission.  Mr. Joksa (Minister of Foreign Affairs) was not able to get B. to sign off before he left for out of town last weekend. He was very apologetic so hopefully it will happen this coming weekend when he arrives home. Again we are very thankful for our Ambassador's intervention.

Please pray for this to happen so we can come home. :-)  This is the FINAL STEP!!!!

We must be climatizing because it was only 26 degrees yesterday and we were cold. We're into the dry season now and very oddly, the dry season here is cooler, not hotter.   The temps are usually 28-31, which is considerably cooler than the first weeks we were here.
