This past week, our girls had to move again to a new home. Our agency closed their Transition House (orphanage) so we had to find alternative care. Thankfully someone we heard about through another adoptive mama was setting up an orphanage in Kinshasa and took in 20 of the kids from our agency's orphanage. So happy that many of the kids are together - it will make the transition not as strange. But they have all new nannies, new caretakers, new guards, cooks, etc. I wonder how many times during the night they woke up and cried. Praying and trusting that someone tended to their cries when we can not be there for them.
Immigration Canada is such an unfair system. It makes our blood boil. The ungodly and unjust always seem to get their way when the vulnerable don't.
We continue to email the MP's and MLA's of Canada every single day advocating for our girls. Our heats ache for them every single day!
