How many times can something be promised until you stop believing? Every week, we're promised the Bordeaux Letter will be here on such and such a date, but it never arrives. The last we heard was that our letter was to be picked up on Friday. This letter is produced by the Ministry of Family in DRC. We need this letter for our last step: Immigration.
The dream of holding our baby before her first birthday is quickly slipping away. She turns one in September.
