Yes, this is American, but look what they're doing to support their adoptive families. We are in a similar situation as them, except their government still issues visas to the adopted children.

Keep watching two minutes later to Mr. Meadows and how he quotes Isaiah "we need to defend the cause of the orphan" and then goes on to thank the adoptive families. 

This can't help but make me weep.  Someone in Canada has got to be defending us!  

WOW, Canada, let our government do the same for it's citizens!
