There's not much to report except that our dossier translation into French has been completed. So when our referral comes, it can go straight to the DRC courts without extra delay. Apparently, we are at the top of the list for a sibling referral! Wohoo!! Bio siblings is Canadian law if you adopt more than one child at a time, even though there are children who have grown up together or are cousins that would love to stay together.
