In April, we attended the first ever Christian adoption conference in Canada TOGETHER FOR ADOPTION thanks to that sweet person who paid for our tickets. What a great time of worship, encouragement and exhortation!
We are blessed recipients of an adoption grant from ABBA CANADA.
A very energetic young family is in the process of setting up a new B.C. CHRISTIAN adoption agency, A Home For Every Child. Since Hope closed their doors in January, there has been no Christian agency in B.C. Praise God for those who follow Him in obedience, no matter the cost.
A Home For Every Child needs the participation of churches. They are asking each church to help keep this ministry running and to keep the costs down by making a long-term commitment of $200/month. "We believe that the whole church should be a part of the adoption process. Although not every Christian will adopt, we believe that every Christian is called by Scripture to play a part in caring for the orphan."
